A Historically Accurate Milk Bucket. A Beechwood Bucket without a handle to get in the way when your milking a cow. Then when full the one extended and shaped stave allows the milk maid to hold the bucket between two fingers whilst balanced on their head.
Based on an illustration from the 1600s the original like much of my work was commissioned by a museum, and so I made a few extras when I was making it.
Note: You dont need to be a milk maid to buy one of these.
